Description

In November 2021, Europa Donna’s 15th Pan-European Conference, “New Strategies for a New Normal,” explored the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on breast cancer services across Europe.
Experts and advocates discussed advances in research, artificial intelligence in screening, surgery, biomarkers and personalised care, alongside European cancer policies. Workshops and networking sessions focused on survivorship, returning to work and the specific needs of young women, women with metastatic breast cancer and women with a genetic risk.
